What will be the benefits from filling out the LIFE EFFECTIVENESS test?

• You will determine your effectiveness ratio! As we already know, there is an intelligence ratio (IQ), emotional intelligence ratio (EQ). We have developed a system to determine effectiveness ratio EfQ.
• You will receive information on personal effectiveness potential and consequently you will:

  • learn your strong (and weak) areas.
• You will compile an activity plan that will:
  • provide useful advise for personal development;
  • help to plan activities.

Total effectiveness potential is characterized by an EFFECTIVENESS RATIO that is determined from motivation and a set of personality traits, skills and abilities. Where a person is totally effective, the ratio may reach as much as 100 points. The EFFECTIVENESS RATIO determines personal effectiveness level.
