2.7.4       Dividing responsibility areas into tasks and their planning

  • An effective planning system is based on dividing major tasks into smaller ones and, if necessary, dividing them further into still smaller tasks until the tasks are easily accomplished activities.
  • The concept of planning includes several levels of importance:
    • Responsibility areas.
    • Tasks.
    • Activities.
    • If necessary, in case of complicated projects the forth level of importance may be established.
  • When linking tasks and activities with a calendar, the result is a good planning system that makes it possible to effectively concentrate (attention and resources) on the most important thing and attain results in the areas that are most important for you.
