2.4       Time Management principles.
 

  • Deliberate planning makes it possible to accomplish more and perform better.
  • Setting goals is necessary.
  • Plan to achieve goals is necessary; this is done by listing the jobs to be accomplished to achieve goals.
  • The number of activity plans to achieve different goals must be incorporated into a uniform system.
  • Priorities for activities must be determined.
  • Activities from plans must be related to a calendar in a prudent way.
  • Any planning must be in writing, either on paper or in an electronic form.
  • If time management principles are used, they must be followed for at least 90 days, until they become a habit.
