2.4 Time Management principles.
- Deliberate planning makes it possible to accomplish more and perform better.
- Setting goals is necessary.
- Plan to achieve goals is necessary; this is done by listing the jobs to be accomplished to achieve goals.
- The number of activity plans to achieve different goals must be incorporated into a uniform system.
- Priorities for activities must be determined.
- Activities from plans must be related to a calendar in a prudent way.
- Any planning must be in writing, either on paper or in an electronic form.
- If time management principles are used, they must be followed for at least 90 days, until they become a habit.
