  • To be balanced and in harmony with oneself, it is necessary to balance at least the following eight areas

 

  • Career
    • Your job, responsibilities, promotion, professional development and colleagues.
  • Finance
    • Your remuneration, expenses, pension plan and future income.
  • Personal growth
    • Your development, training, work with yourself, improvement.
  • Family
    • Your family, common activities, relationship forming, taking care of children and pets
  • Health
    • Your sports activities, visits to doctors, preventive measures and healthy food.
  • Leisure
    • Resting, friends, hobbies, entertainment.
  • Spirituality,
    • Mental development, charity, spirituality.
  • Daily routines. 
    • All minor necessary daily things.
