- 2003-2004 Developed TimeMentor Planning Software
- 2003-2004 Developed and tested TimeMentor Assessment
- 2001-2002 Developed and tested the TimeMentor Life Balance Board Game, and included the TimeMentor Board Game in the curriculum of our Time Management courses.
- 2000 Started Time Management executive coaching with various executives of our customer organizations. At this point we came to the conclusion that Time Management alone was not sufficient and that, in addition, many people needed help in achieving balance in their lives.
- 1999-2005 Nine certified NTI trainers ran TimeMaster courses for many of our training customers.
- 1999 Developed the Time Management course called TimeMaster relying on a paper-based TimeMaster personal organizer.
Who developed the TimeMentor System?
TimeMentor was created by a team of designers headed by Ugis Strauss, MA NLP, President and Founder of Nordic Training International (NTI), professional Time Management Trainer and Coach. Ugis Strauss holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in European Affairs from the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium. He has over 13 years of training experience.
Ugis is the Principal Designer of NTI’s TimeMentor and management simulation products and training in the fields of Leadership, Time Management, Sales and Team Building. Ugis’s bright personality, structured approach, sense of humor and deep commitment to people’s success builds incredible results for his audiences. Some of his worldwide customers include ABB, Astra Zeneca, Harsco Corp, Hoffman La Roche, Hewlett Packard, Glaxo Smith Kline, Nordea Bank PLC Finland, Opel, SEB Bank, Telia Sonera and many others.
